How do you qualify for pro bono assistance?*

- personal income less than $100,000 (for each applicant, or a total of $200,000 for two or more applicants)
The EAC aims to assist clients who otherwise would not have access to legal counsel. It is not a service to cut legal fees; if you can afford to retain outside counsel, you should. The Clinic's goal is to assist clients who do not have access to legal counsel.
